Meet Matthew
Matthew Riordan is the CEO of EcoView Windows and Doors USA, a fast-growing home improvement company delivering lasting results for its customers. His unique, ownership-driven model gives key members a real stake in the business, creating a culture of accountability, efficiency, and high-level execution. Since the company’s launch in 2024, that approach has helped EcoView expand across 12 states and grow monthly revenue to $6 million.
The foundation of Matthew’s leadership style was shaped during his time in the United States Air Force, where he learned how to stay clear, focused, and forward-moving even under pressure. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Matthew quickly rose through the ranks of the Arkansas real estate market before moving on just prior to the 2008 crash. His ability to recognize patterns and adapt accordingly guided him through his next career shift, learning and mastering the art of home improvement sales, and continues to define how he leads today.
Now, Matthew dedicates himself to building teams and systems designed to drive repeatable growth. By focusing on engineered inputs and operational discipline, he’s taken the guesswork out of scaling, creating a proven blueprint for company-wide success.
